About The Position

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience this summer? Washington Gas is looking for a Data Analytics Intern to support the Customer Experience team . This internship provides exposure to how data is used to improve customer interactions and business processes. The intern will gain experience working in a collaborative environment and learn how analytics contributes to enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field .
• Interest in data analysis and customer experience strategies.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data-related tasks such as organizing, reviewing, and preparing information for analysis.
• Support team projects by helping with reporting, documentation, and basic research.
• Learn and apply foundational data analytics concepts under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer experience initiatives.
