About The Position

PrudentRx is actively seeking a data-driven analyst with strong problem-solving skills who can leverage processes to Field requests from external stakeholders Deliver Opportunity Analysis using strong communication skills Identify and present scenarios that don’t align with established processes Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed Possesses a hunger to learn and grow into this role At PrudentRx, our Data Analysts are key to making a strong first impression with clients looking to partner with our growing organization. Our small team of remote analysts is adept at applying a high level of attention to detail and possessing business acumen, while tactfully balancing tight deadlines and stringent stakeholder expectations. In this role, you will expand, grow, and shape your strong existing Excel skills to maintain a high level of accuracy while performing predictable and daily tasks. Help us support the high quality work we provide day in and day out as you grow with our team.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of advanced analytical skills in Excel.
  • Ability to adhere to established protocol and adapt to changes made to said protocol.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven history in maintaining client satisfaction in a role where deadlines are key.
  • Familiarity with working with pharmaceutical claims data.
  • Proficiency in working with task management software such as Jira to manage operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with external stakeholders on all matters related to opportunity analyses using professional and superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Vet requests for opportunity analyses and ingest requirements appropriately into task management software (currently, Jira).
  • Utilize Jira in accordance with internal processes to complete opportunity analyses and communicate issues.
  • Generate opportunity analyses requiring familiarity with advanced Excel features.
  • QA opportunity analyses generated by team members for accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Identify and present scenarios that don’t align with established processes to the department manager to figure out an appropriate resolution.
  • Maintain templates and other supporting materials that need to be updated periodically for analytical and organizational purposes.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need.
  • Other essential duties as assigned.
