Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics)
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis
  • Intermediate proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and data security preferred
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex data models, dashboards, and reports
  • Define and track KPIs aligned with organizational goals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data governance and quality assurance
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster team development
  • Collaborate with IS, finance, clinical, and operations teams to improve data infrastructure
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions and insights
  • Automate and optimize data workflows and reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Contribute to strategic planning and analytics roadmaps
  • Perform other duties as assigned
