About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented QLIK / Power BI Report Analyst to support data-driven decision making for high-level stakeholders within a mission-critical environment. This role requires an active TS/SCI Clearance and experience building clear, actionable dashboards, reports, and executive-level briefings. The ideal candidate brings strong data visualization skills, hands-on experience with QLIK and/or Power BI, and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• 1–3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Proficiency with QLIK, Power BI, or both.
• Experience designing visualizations and briefing materials for senior or executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise findings for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
• Experience developing dashboards and briefings tailored to command-level leadership or senior government officials.
• Experience with QLIK scripting, DAX, Power Query, or advanced modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using QLIK and Power BI.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver polished executive-level briefings, summaries, and data narratives for senior leadership and mission stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts, program managers, and leadership to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely products.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Leverage data modeling and transformation techniques to optimize reporting performance and usability.
• Maintain security and compliance requirements consistent with TS/SCI-level environments.
• Troubleshoot report performance issues and implement improvements.
• Support ad hoc data calls, analytics tasks, and special reporting projects.
