Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and minimum two (2) years of related work experience.
- Must have experience with/in: Performing data analysis and visualization; Performing ad hoc reporting using SQL tools and/or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; Ensuring data consistency and integrity for the development of models or reports; Modeling spreadsheets with Power Query or Python; and Working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Optimize supply and demand forecast of client portfolios through data analysis and integrity.
- Develop, execute and monitor data management and business analytic processes to support project delivery.
- Model demand scenarios and determine best real estate plan to address alternative forecasts.
- Translate business intelligence into real estate insights.
- Maintain data integrity of tools used.
- Provide and communicate reporting and metrics to stakeholders to make informed decisions.
