Supporting the development of automation, data visualization, and other innovative software solutions for Customer Service Managed Logistics Americas (CS ML AM). Applying technical skills to automate routine cognitive tasks and solve complex business problems using a wide variety of datasets generated by CS ML AM. Joining the Operational Intelligence (OI) team and help identifying opportunities to integrate analytics into supply chain operations at both the tactical and strategic level. Hybrid work.
Requirements
- The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation.
- Will alternatively accept an Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation.
- The position requires experience in the following: Knowledge of supply chain operations and exposure to ERP or CRM system data (e.g. SAP or Salesforce); Experience developing automation tools with scripting (e.g., VB, Python, PHP); Experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud and/or Databricks; Experience creating dashboards with Microsoft Power BI; Understanding of machine learning techniques as applicable to predictive analytics.
