About The Position
Dance Coach Talladega College Dance Coach position is seasonal. Specific timelines for performances are required. Below are specific functions and expectations that Dance Coach must outline for team participants: Participate in Talladega College Annual Homecoming Parade Dance at all home men and women basketball games Dance at all required functions as outlined during the academic semester Practice and participate in weekly training Maintain good academic standing of grade point average of 2.5 or above Exhibit good character, integrity and personal presentation at all times Must have prior experience of dance and committed to enhancing dance skills/performances

Responsibilities
- Creating and teaching dance routines to dance
- Maintaining current dance training skills
- Monitoring academic progress of members participating on dance team
- Supervising all auditions for new team members
- Managing team travel when applicable
- Managing team budget and obtaining necessary equipment for team
- Managing team and hold accountable good academics standings, ethical behavior and maintain exceptional discipline
