We are seeking a proactive and analytical Dynamics 365 Sales Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between the Sales organization and technology solutions. In this role, you will optimize the Dynamics 365 Sales platform to support current business needs while enabling future growth. You will lead system enhancements, deliver impactful demonstrations, analyze sales data, and guide stakeholders in maximizing Dynamics 365 capabilities to drive sales success. This is a hybrid role based out of our downtown Phoenix corporate office; remote candidates may be considered.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) modules.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, and Customer Service, with a strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
  • Proven ability to configure Dynamics 365 components, including forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering functional demonstrations, engaging stakeholders, and providing end-user training.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of security roles and permissions within Dynamics 365.
  • Exposure to third-party integrations and API connectivity.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales analytics tools such as Power BI and Dynamics 365 Insights.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience with process mapping, documentation, and development of user guides.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all Dynamics 365 Sales features and functionality.
  • Configure and implement system enhancements, including automation and workflow optimization, to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend strategic enhancements to support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Analyze sales data to prepare forecasts and generate actionable reports that support informed business decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align analytics, dashboards, and reporting with pipeline management and performance objectives.
  • Lead requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership, IT, and cross-functional business teams to optimize workflows, improve data integrity, and enhance user experience.
  • Deliver engaging system demonstrations and training sessions, providing ongoing support to drive user adoption of Dynamics 365 Sales capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams.
  • Support post-sales aspects of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement project lifecycle, including go-live and ongoing support.
  • Drive change management and user enablement initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new features, enhancements, and processes.
