About The Position

We are seeking an experienced D365 SCM & Retail/Commerce Functional Consultant to join our team onsite in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Commerce, with experience in gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting retail and supply chain operations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement solutions supporting retail and SCM operations. Location This is an onsite role in New Hampshire. Candidates must be willing to work onsite.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Dynamics AX/D365
  • 5+ years of experience in D365 SCM and Retail/Commerce functional consulting
  • Strong experience with D365 Supply Chain Management, including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Order Fulfillment
  • Strong experience with D365 Commerce, including Retail POS, Store Operations, Order Management, Pricing and Promotions
  • Experience in functional consulting and business process analysis
  • Experience creating functional documentation
  • Experience supporting UAT and testing
  • Strong understanding of retail and supply chain processes
  • Experience working with business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Commerce Scale Unit (CSU)
  • Experience with Retail Server
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred
  • Experience with Power Platform is a plus
  • Experience in retail or distribution industries

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 SCM and Commerce functional solutions
  • Configure and support D365 Commerce modules including POS and Call Center
  • Lead functional workshops and solution demonstrations
  • Support Commerce implementations and deployments
  • Create functional documentation and test scripts
  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Commerce modules
  • Support Retail POS and Commerce operations
  • Configure and maintain inventory management, procurement, and warehouse processes
  • Support order management and fulfillment workflows
  • Conduct functional workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs)
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation
  • Assist with data migration and system setup
  • Provide user training and documentation
  • Support go-live and post-go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and best practices
