About The Position

The role of all D3 staff is to point students to Christ and to facilitate healthy, gospel-centered relationships between youth leaders and students. Discipleship through the study of God’s word is at the core of D3, and these truths are reinforced and lived-out through dynamic teaching, Christ-exalting music, small group discussions, and high-energy team games.

Requirements

• strong relational maturity
• interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Foster healthy, gospel-centered relationships between youth leaders and students
• Facilitate unified team/group dynamics during main sessions, track sessions, and meal times
• Help plan, setup, facilitate, and tear down various games & activities
• Represent Christ with excellence in behavior, engagement, and conversation with all attendees
• Attend all staff trainings and meetings
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
