About The Position

Scopely is seeking a D2C Program Manager to join our Direct-to-Consumer team on a remote basis in the US! As a D2C Program Manager, you will lead the orchestration and delivery of our global D2C initiatives. This role will sit at the centre of a complex, cross-functional ecosystem spanning game teams, platform (Playgami), marketing, and external partners. Also, you will own the end-to-end program view—ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, driving execution excellence, and enabling scalable, high-impact D2C outcomes across our portfolio. This is a highly visible role that requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and operational rigour.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or product delivery in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
  • Experience in D2C, payments, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems (gaming experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of payments ecosystems
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills - comfortable presenting and reporting to executive leadership
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with webstores, digital commerce, or subscription systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Airtable, etc.)
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external partnerships
  • Background in gaming, marketplaces, or consumer tech platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own the global program roadmap across all D2C initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans (e.g., Airtable, JIRA, or equivalent) across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Drive execution across concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, issues, and interdependencies
  • Manage agendas and drive content for key D2C public forums (monthly updates, deep dives, exec reviews, taskforce meetings)
  • Deliver clear, concise, and actionable roadmap status updates to executive leadership
  • Own day-to-day coordination with payments partners (e.g., PSPs, webstore vendors, orchestration platforms)
  • Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and maintenance schedules in partnership with internal teams
  • Hold third-party partners accountable to performance, quality, and SLA commitments
  • Partner closely with Playgami and internal platform teams on roadmaps, milestones, and rollout strategies
  • Ensure seamless coordination of platform capabilities (payments, identity, CRM, web infrastructure) into D2C initiatives
  • Implement and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Identify opportunities to streamline execution and scale D2C operations across the portfolio
