About the job The D2C & Electrolux Home Director leads the Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) and our “Electrolux Home” business for Commercial Area North, driving profitable growth across online and physical channels. Electrolux Home is our retail franchise organization in Sweden, operating through two channels: our Shop-in-Shop concept with 80 locations, and a franchise network of 20 stores across the country. The role is responsible for defining and executing the regional D2C & Electrolux Home strategy, ensuring seamless consumer experiences and strong commercial performance. As a key partner to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, you foster innovation, operational excellence, and a consumer‑centric culture. You report to the VP Commercial Area North and serve as part of the CA North Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction, cross‑functional priorities, and performance governance. You will integrate e‑commerce and retail operations to unlock synergies, increase efficiencies, and enhance consumer value, while driving transformation across digitalization, new routes to market, and process improvement. You will own the P&L for all D2C and Electrolux Home channels, accountable for revenue, margin, and profitability. Responsibilities include pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and leading business reviews, forecasting, and budgeting. You will ensure best‑in‑class execution across platforms, stores, and customer service through a data‑driven approach that supports continuous improvement. You will also lead the implementation of tools and systems that strengthen efficiency and scalability. As a senior leader, you will build and develop a high‑performing, cross‑functional team and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Customer Service to deliver integrated consumer experiences. You will act as a change agent, promoting shared KPIs, transparency, and alignment across the organization. You stay ahead of market and consumer trends to maintain competitiveness, drive regional expansion, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
