The Cycle Counter performs inventory counts and end-run counts. They will check and count both incoming and outgoing inventories and report out. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Shipping · Receiving · Forklift (Stand Up Reach Truck and Sit-Down Experience) · Feeding the lines · Inventory control · Resolve inventory discrepancies · Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. · High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. · Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. · Ability to calculate numbers and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. · Have a working knowledge of inventory software. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: · The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration. · Multi-shift production operations may be expansive, noisy, wet/humid and vary in temperature from refrigerated environment, ambient or warm in summer months depending on facility. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, operate tools or controls, and occasionally required to sit. In addition, some facilities are multi-level and may require ascending or descending stairs. · The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. · Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Starting Pay: $23.75/hr. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
