About The Position

Cycle Counter Location: La Vergne, TN, 37086 Position Summary: The focus of the Cycle Counter is to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. Position Description: Monitors and controls inventory accuracy. Maintains material and product identification in assigned locations. Research inventory discrepancies and the ability to reconcile them. Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipts. Helps with completing physical inventories/cycle count, and random audits/reconciliation as needed. Resolves inventory issues in a timely manner. Documents damaged product as required. Performs all duties according to established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures; and maintains work areas in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Follow all safety policies, protocols, procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Attention to detail.
Forklift certified.
6 – 12 months’ experience in a production environment preferred.
Basic English reading/writing skills required.
Work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends as needed.
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day (heavy loads must be team lifted)
Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to hear and see.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), preferred.
