About The Position

Cyber Program Manager The Opportunity: Join a dynamic team of cybersecurity and IT professionals implementing a first-of-its-kind Zero Trust solution within the Department of Defense (DoD). Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of Zero Trust products and ensure their compliance with all contract requirements as a Deputy Program Manager. Lead teams of engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and help desk analysts in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Zero Trust solution. Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and demonstrate expertise in domains, including applications security, network modernization, cloud services, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Act as a liaison between the client organization and the company to identify and manage reach-back support for new technical requirements and subject matter expertise, as needed. Work with the client to shape activities under contract in concert with the statement of work, organizational strategic plans, and its associated goals and objectives. Work with internal corporate resources to assist in managing a budget, facilitate contracting actions, and work closely with the client to ensure projects meet delivery, quality, and schedule goals supporting organization-wide technical programs and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and identify change management issues or requirements related to strategic implementation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience of leadership in cybersecurity, information assurance, or cyber operations
  • Experience supporting federal defense agencies, such as the DoD
  • Experience with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E), Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and SOC or Watch Floor Operations
  • Experience leading enterprise-level cybersecurity programs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of configuration management, change controls, and lifecycle governance
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles
  • Ability to advise senior federal executives and lead high-visibility initiatives
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting national-level cyber defense or intrusion detection programs
  • Experience in large-scale cyber platforms or unified situational awareness systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or Information Technology
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
