You will help your clients to balance the adoption of transformative human capital practices within the context of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel policies and regulations. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience advising senior clients in the DoD
- Experience translating ambiguous ideas into clear business goals, strategies, and actionable plans
- Ability to influence stakeholders, and persistently drive outcomes in dynamic organizational environments
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
