We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our CxO Advisory practice. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement business transformation initiatives, including process optimization, organizational alignment, and technology enablement. Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for clients, addressing challenges such as rapid growth, post-transaction integration, and digital transformation. Assess and redesign operational workflows, supply chain networks, and organizational structures to improve efficiency, agility, and resilience. Implement process frameworks for end-to-end supply chain decision-making, inventory optimization, and fulfillment. Facilitate risk management, and compliance initiatives across operational domains. Oversee finance transformation projects, including automation, system selection, and process improvement for closing and reporting efficiency. Advise on finance operations, revenue recognition, billing, and compliance, ensuring alignment with US GAAP, SOX, and SEC requirements. Lead digital strategy engagements, including tech stack modernization, software/vendor selection, and legacy system remediation. Embed automation and AI into business processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing actionable insights and practical solutions for complex business challenges. Facilitate discovery sessions, assessments, and workshops to understand client needs and co-create tailored solutions. Support post-merger integration, carve-outs, and organizational change initiatives. YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Prior experience working in consulting, professional services, or development role at financial services firms. Experience within accounting firms, investment banking or private equity firms, financial consulting, business advisory services and/or banking industry preferred. Proven track record in global business operations, transformation, finance, supply chain, and technology enablement. Experience leading large teams and managing complex projects across multiple industries. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Client relationship management (CRM) experience required 10 years of practical work experience with a consulting firm and business development experience in a professional services environment required Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Strong background working with middle-market clients — a must. Master’s degree or MBA + 8 Years’ experience with finance strategy, finance operation, financial modeling, post-merger integration, or business consolidation Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma preferred Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Experience in delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design, and implementation support Significant account management, business development, and consulting sales cycle experience Experience with emerging technologies and knowledge and use of accounting/finance systems and ability to create solutions to finance function problems Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Travel up to 25% will be required for this role In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.
