About The Position

We are looking for a high-level CXO Program Operations Manager to handle the "operational backbone" for executive programs. This is an execution-first role. You’ll be responsible for the logistics and workplans that allow senior leaders to stay focused on strategy and engagement. If you enjoy translating big-picture plans into organized, repeatable checklists, this is for you.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, event operations, or high-level execution roles.
• Complexity Management: You have a proven track record of running complex programs with many stakeholders and moving parts.
• Independence: You can operate autonomously and have exceptional attention to detail.
• Technical Toolset: Power-user level experience with Salesforce, Asana, and spreadsheets.
• Environment: You’re comfortable in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous B2B SaaS or enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: Own the day-to-day operations of CXO experiences from kickoff to wrap-up. You’ll turn program direction into clear timelines and execution checklists.
• Event & Speaker Ops: Manage the details that make executive events work—registration workflows, run-of-show documents, and speaker logistics (bios, prep calls, and scheduling).
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for Marketing, Sales, Design, and Production. You’ll track dependencies and flag any blockers before they become issues.
• Systems & Reporting: Keep data clean and accurate across Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace. You’ll also handle the post-program close-out and archival.
