IMM is seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Manager (Client Experience Manager) with previous experience in a project management and or account relations role at a digital-focused agency, brand, or similar environment. Our ideal candidate is a natural organizer who thrives in fast-paced settings, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage the day-to-day execution of client projects seamlessly. You are passionate about understanding your clients’ businesses, anticipating needs, and ensuring every deliverable is executed on time, with precision, and to the highest standard of quality and accuracy. You enjoy working closely with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving forward. While you understand the larger goals of a campaign or project, you’re energized by the detailed work—like managing timelines, databases, and feedback cycles—that makes those campaigns successful. This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico Relocation assistance is not provided.
