Watershed is looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA. Must have Two (2) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC’s Remedy and ServiceNow. This position is required to be designated as IAT II level with a Secret Clearance.
