About The Position

Engage with customers empathetically and professionally, resolve technical issues related to (billing, account authorization, entitlement, installation, extensions, crash identification, bug tracking). Manage queues, document cases, and escalate when necessary. Maintain product knowledge and adhere to communication protocols.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused approach (chat, email, phone support)
  • Technical proficiency with computer systems and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication
  • Time Management
  • Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling or graphics
  • Background in Engineering
  • Architecture Design or UX
  • Experience with multiple OS (Windows, Android, iOS)
  • Familiarity with customer support software and remote tools
  • Experience interacting with customers and creating a positive experience
