The Customer Support Specialist role is an entry-level, full-time position on the Promoboxx Customer Support Team. The primary responsibilities include monitoring inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats, becoming a product expert in the Promoboxx platform, conducting 1:1 platform training, and supporting our internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties. This is an entry-level role and Support Team members are meant to pursue growth within the company. Aspiring Onboarding/Implementation Specialists or Customer Success Managers would be ideal fits for this role.
