The Customer Support Specialist will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by delivering quality and timely telephonic response to callers, which are consistent with Hosparus Health established policies and procedures. The Customer Support Specialist will support the onboarding functions of the organization, including referral entry and follow-up, ordering of the durable medical equipment, and scheduling of visits when necessary.
