About The Position

The Customer Support Specialist will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by delivering quality and timely telephonic response to callers, which are consistent with Hosparus Health established policies and procedures. The Customer Support Specialist will support the onboarding functions of the organization, including referral entry and follow-up, ordering of the durable medical equipment, and scheduling of visits when necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Past customer service experience preferred.
  • Business/office operations experience preferred.
  • Internal candidates must have satisfactory performance appraisals.
  • Must demonstrate interpersonal relationship skills necessary to interact in a positive professional manner.
  • Must have demonstrated an ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities with great attention to detail, accuracy, tact and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Must demonstrate ability to maintain accountability and work independently and creatively while functioning as part of a cooperative, coordinated team.
  • Must demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
