About The Position

Biller Genie is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve basic platform issues, and ensure a positive experience with our software. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Requirements

  • 0–2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot basic platform questions and guide customers to solutions
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed
  • Document all interactions accurately in our ticketing system
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
  • Identify common questions and suggest ways to improve support resources
