We are growing and hiring Customer Service Representatives to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding policy information. You will also process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be high energy, customer centric, have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, patience and have experience working in the insurance industry, call center and proficient in computers.   • Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
  • Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
  • Document all client communication across several platforms
  • Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills
  • 4+ years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
