As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ customers receive top-notch support. Your main responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance Troubleshooting product and service issues to find optimal solutions Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Staying up to date on client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information Collaborating with teammates and sharing feedback to continuously improve the customer experience We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently.
