About The Position

Customer Support Representative – Full Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) Location: Compton, CA (On-site) Our company is a leading provider of packing materials and moving equipment. We are currently seeking a dependable, friendly, and highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Compton, CA office. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer service–oriented, with a helpful phone manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook preferred (Excel and Word a plus).
  • Experience with the NetSuite Oracle system a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner — “smiling through the phone” is a must!
  • Assist walk-in customers with sales orders, returns, and product inquiries.
  • Process and follow up on e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers via email using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform daily reconciliation of the petty cash box.
  • Provide general office support and assist with administrative duties as needed.
