Requirements
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping others
- Organized, self-driven, and reliable in a remote environment
- Coachable and eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
