The Customer Support Specialist will specialize in all support around Owners experience from time of purchase through lifecycle of ownership. They will be responsible for educating Owners and providing assistance with resort availability and getting Owners on vacations utilizing the product purchased. This will require enhanced awareness and knowledge of products offered and of the different home resorts. This will include any issues arising from their understanding of the product purchased, issues while staying at the resort and include issues arising from making/arranging payments on their account. This position will require strong salesmanship in bridging gaps of Owner’s expectations of their purchased product and actual usage capabilities.
