The Customer Support Specialist provides assistance and support to customers, Sales, Facility Operations, Customer Service Manager and management by coordinating office services, such as data entry, clerical work, records control, creating forms, and preparing reports, etc. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Expedites the steady and courteous flow of internal and external communications, such as incoming/outgoing telephone and email messages. The Customer Support Specialist provides assistance and support to customers, sales, customer service team and staff management by coordinating client services, such as client email correspondence, data entry, clerical work, records control, creating forms, and preparing reports. Expedites the steady and courteous flow of internal and external communications, such as incoming/outgoing telephone and email messages. You will regularly: Communicates with customers by phone or email to attain information to ensure data and customer profile are up to date Assists and provides support to internal and external customers Assists customers with related documentation in accordance with OSRO state, and federal regulations Liaise with customers regarding invoice requirements, documentation and resolve all invoicing disputes to secure prompt remittance processing Coordinates completion of profile forms, contract forms, prepares change of address records Research operational concerns, questions, and discrepancies related to invoices and data entry Prepares and transmits reports for contracts Processes memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Analyzes/reconciles customer accounts regarding the justification and generation of credit and debit memos
