About The Position

This role is essential for accelerating regional sales strategy execution, optimizing key operational tools (CRM/CMS), and providing data-driven insights to leadership and Key Account Managers (KAMs). The specialist plays a key role in fostering a customer-centric culture by ensuring data transparency and supporting service delivery.

  • Sales Process Support: Act as the internal anchor for the sales cycle. Assist Customer Representatives with the quotation process and directly engage with customers for technical or commercial clarification during the inquiry stage, as needed by the Key Account Manager (KAM).
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct targeted market research and analysis to gather actionable insights on regional market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to inform pricing and New Business Win (NBW) strategies.
  • Relationship Support: Manage day-to-day commercial interactions for assigned customers and support KAMs in developing a 'best-in-class customer intimacy' environment.
  • CRM/CMS Stewardship: Act as the owner and Key User for the CRM (Sales Organization Interface) and the Contract Management System (CMS). Drive optimization projects, manage alignment meetings, and ensure system integrity and data consistency.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the digitization and accurate, timely global upload of all customer contracts into the CMS. Provide internal support to representatives needing to locate or verify contract details.
  • Customer Service Access: Act as the Key User for the Supply On program, ensuring all internal users have correct permissions for seamless customer service and engagement.
  • Global & Regional Reporting: Design, develop, and distribute accurate, consistent monthly Global and Regional (EMEA) Business Unit Reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis & KPIs: Gather and analyze data from various sources (sales, finance, market reports) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and patterns. Specifically responsible for generating the Demand Review, WDK, and LMC analyses.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, track, and report on critical sales performance metrics, including market share, sales targets, and revenue. Conduct detailed Customer Performance Analysis upon request using advanced tools (e.g., Qlik Sense & IBP).
  • Logistics Management: Own the full life cycle of planning and executing key internal and external customer meetings and events. This includes defining objectives, scheduling, identifying/booking venues, and coordinating all necessary logistics (travel, catering, technical support).
