About The Position

Edwards Label is seeking a detail oriented and organized Sales Support (customer service) professional to work closely with our sales team and internal departments to ensure customer orders move efficiently from quote to production. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, order management, or print production coordination who thrives in a fast paced, team driven environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service, order entry, print production coordination, or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems and order management software

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enter customer orders into our internal system
  • Review job specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with production, graphics, and leadership teams to move jobs through the workflow
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order status and updates
  • Maintain accurate order documentation and records
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Track order progress from quote through production to ensure timely delivery
