About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional on-site customer support, assist customers with product inquiries, and help drive sales by delivering a positive and engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable, and motivated to build strong customer relationships while representing our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Actively promote and sell products on-site, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation of merchandise, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance as required.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales strategies.
