Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time product delivery
  • Manage production scheduling and material readiness to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Monitor production control activities to balance quality, cost, and timelines
  • Track material movement throughout the production cycle to prevent delays
  • Optimize schedules and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to customer orders and schedules
  • Support additional operational and customer service tasks as needed
