As a Customer Service Manager | Warehouse Manager, you’ll report to and be a strong partner to our Delivery Market Manager, joining a team of 3 leadership peers who work collaboratively to lead and inspire a team of over 40 staff members. Your individual focus will be leading and developing of 5 Customer Support Associates—those who guide and educate customers throughout the delivery process, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Location: 9 Garden Street Moonachie, NJ 07074 Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Sundays/Mondays off), with additional hours and flexibility as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, inventory, distribution, or retail management, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop talent. You are dedicated to enriching the lives of your team by helping them grow both personally and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a belief that team development drives success.
  • Passion for customer service and problem solving, with a hands-on approach to team support and leadership.
  • Clear, motivating communication style—setting expectations, offering timely feedback, and recognizing achievements.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate on business strategies informed by customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Confident with technology and quick to learn new tools, systems, and platforms that help you work smarter and more efficiently.
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
