Customer Support Coordinator – Service & Parts Location: Menomonee Falls Pay: $31–$35 per hour Be the connection point that keeps everything moving. Caljan is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to support customers, service teams, and internal operations. In this role, you’ll manage incoming requests, coordinate service work, and help drive parts and service solutions—all while delivering an excellent customer experience. Why Join Us? $31–$35/hour + full benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Global company with growth opportunities Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Exposure to automation and industrial systems What You’ll Do Act as the first point of contact for service and parts inquiries Coordinate work orders with technical teams, scheduling, and warehouse Create quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers Support sales of spare parts, upgrades, and service solutions Track orders, resolve issues, and maintain accurate ERP data Partner with account managers and field technicians to support customers What You Bring (or Are Excited to Learn) Experience in customer support, inside sales, service coordination, or a related field (industrial, technical, or other transferable environments are welcome) Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 preferred) Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment We recognize that not every candidate will meet every requirement.
