About The Position

Seeking a highly organized and personable Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Bogati Urns team. The Customer Support Coordinator responsible for performing general office administrative support functions, ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly, efficiently, and according to Company policies and procedures. This job operates in a hybrid mix of professional office environment along with remote office access.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or the equivalent
  • A clear understanding of and the ability to use various forms of technology and communications, i.e. online portals, social media, email, live webinars, text, phone.
  • A minimum of 3 years' work experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office -- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Understanding of web-based e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shipstation, and QuickBooks
  • Able to use and learn multiple computer software and systems and other office equipment.
  • Strong communication and grammatical skills, with the ability to proof work.
  • Excellent quality and accuracy of work with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Organizational and planning skills; time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external work processes.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and fields questions.
  • Assist new business web clients through the signup process.
  • Greet and interact with customers, handling inquiries and directing them according to specific needs.
  • Learn all essential aspects of the business, operation, and products.
  • Complete monthly administrative processes, such as coding invoices and credit card purchases.
  • Coordinate engraving orders between customer and service provider.
  • Participate in weekly updates with the supervisor to ensure goals are met.
  • Maintain and order office supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure office work area is always presentable.
  • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
  • Manage deliverables; organize and coordinate workflow, manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects.
  • Take online or phone orders, create shipping labels as needed.
