Join us and experience a workplace that truly values you! What you will do: Provide support to users on all approved computer applications and hardware. Coordinates information sharing to RIS/PACS personnel, department management, radiologists, IT and other Medical Imaging information system users. Maintains ongoing technical expertise on computer products Performs problem determination and resolution of all aspects. This includes dictation, RIS and PACS systems, as well as procedural problems. Manage report distribution during system downtime. Facilitate any report clean up after downtime. Prepare addendums for radiologists. Assist department staff with error correction including deleting images, merging patient accounts, correcting orders, linking studies and reports, etc .
