The Wellbeing Collective (WBC) is a new Global Business Unit within Unilever, operating with a start-up mindset. In North America, it encompasses brands like OLLY, Liquid I.V., SmartyPants, Welly, Onnit, and Nutrafol, all offering benefit-led products with strong innovation and growth potential. The WBC's mission is to improve consumer health and wellbeing through its science-backed portfolio, aiming to become a leading Health and Wellness organization. The WBC features a unified customer-facing account team for OLLY, ONNIT, SmartyPants, and Welly, allowing for representation of multiple brands and a single voice to customers, while developing best-in-class capabilities. The Customer Supply Chain Manager – Club role reports to the Senior Manager, Costco, and is a key contributor within the WBC team, serving as an important strategic partner for Club channel partners (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJs). This individual is expected to make a positive cultural impact and significantly contribute to optimizing and enhancing customer supply chain support for SmartyPants, Onnit, Welly, and OLLY. Supply excellence is a top priority across all four businesses, and this role will support the development and execution of the current and future Club Supply Chain strategy.
