Main Responsibilities: Supports all aspects of the account and is responsible for assisting in managing order logistics, processing orders, tracking shipments, analyzing inventory and order demand to mitigate inventory outs, resolves discrepancies to ensure optimal order flow and customer satisfaction. Engaged with Sales, Operations, Marketing to ensure program activities are clear and ready to execute (i.e.promos, load-ins, etc.). A key support role contributing to providing consistent world-class customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of related work experience in customer service order management, rework, and returns, ideally with box stores – Costco, Walmart, Target, AutoZone, ETC.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in customer relations, service and communication.
  • Must possess good organization skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to get along and work well with others (remote and in-office)
  • Ability to meet deadlines & displays initiative, analytical and organizational skills and able to multitask.
  • Working knowledge EDI, MS Word, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and the Internet.
  • Must be able to work independently or as a team member.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently.
  • Problem solver / works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with the internal/external departments and customers.
  • Process, review and verify customer orders.
  • Enter orders with pricing and quantities of product verified.
  • Proactively review inventory against orders and report any discrepancies to mitigate service commitments to the customer.
  • Issue appropriate pick tickets according to internal/external procedures.
  • Trace shipments and report status to appropriate individuals.
  • Develop and distribute various reports to appropriate departments.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
