Responsibilities Position Summary The Customer Success Specialist I supports Concentra’s Operations, Sales and Billing teams with existing account maintenance/management, and removal of suspense transactions/revenue in proprietary database while ensuring data integrity. The Details Responsible for daily completion of update cases for existing accounts and removal of suspense, while meeting production requirements and ensuring data quality Input data into closed loop propitiatory database system Validate data for accuracy to ensure the highest level of data integrity and reject submissions if data is incorrect Identify missing data points; research and locate necessary information to ensure a complete and accurate entry Review and process account updates per state specific guidelines and data requirements within defined standard operating procedures Initiate email validation process with customers for account verification in compliance with Concentra’s account set-up requirements Build internal relationships with Operations, Sales and Billing departments Coordinate with Information Systems on all technical issues which cannot be resolved with internal troubleshooting process This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
