About The Position

Overview Rexera is a US-based startup building AI Agents to automate Real Estate operations. Currently, we support 1% of all residential real estate transactions in the country, and we continue to grow! The Role As a Customer Success Specialist (CSM), your role is to ensure clients take the maximum value out of Rexera’s services, advocate on their behalf internally, and help us improve current products.

Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing role in Managed Services/SaaS/B2B
  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective team player
  • Ability to listen actively, convince, and be convinced. Open-minded personality and able to give and receive constructive feedback and learn from both victories and losses.

  • Ability to work in a start-up with constrained resources, a constantly evolving environment, and little support from others in the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an Escrow Assistant or Processor is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives; ensure that Rexera’s solutions align effectively.
  • Onboard new clients, providing training and resources to ensure their success.
  • Regularly evaluate customer health metrics, strategize on customer lifecycle processes.
  • Address client concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the inside sales team to grow accounts.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and report on key success metrics.
  • Ensure high retention rates and industry-leading customer satisfaction. Provide support and guidance to increase utilization of Rexera's services.
  • Regularly monitor product satisfaction and areas for improvement. Track and report customer success metrics.
  • Advocate internally for product enhancements on behalf of customers. Work closely with Product Management, Operations and Engineering to build and improve features.
