About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build strong relationships with clients and ensure they achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, helping customers adopt solutions effectively, resolve issues quickly, and drive long-term satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
Onboard new clients and guide them through product setup and adoption.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions with customers.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams to improve the product.
