What you’ll do: You’ll take ownership of our U.S. healthcare clients’ success and help us turn feedback into action. Your work will directly impact the product and the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles in SaaS, preferably in Digital Health or Healthcare.
  • Experience with U.S.-based customers.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating complex AI or NLP products.
  • Customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented—but more importantly, resourceful and relentless in finding solutions.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (native or near-native).

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on onboarding and implementation for new healthcare clients in the U.S., ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
  • Train customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively solve problems before they become blockers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
  • Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, R&D, and Sales teams.
