About The Position

Customer Success Manager - Health Plans We’re looking for a committed, self-driven customer success manager who is interested in using his/her customer relationship management and strategic leadership skills to help us achieve our goal of being a trusted and valued partner for our Health Plan clients. You will be working with key customer stakeholders to ensure that customer’s project deliveries and implementations are going smooth for customer success. You will be collaborating with internal sales, marketing, delivery teams to ensure that the client's short and long-term objectives, internal workflows and ways of working are well understood.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have software selling experience in payers/ health plans.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
  • Confident, high energy, self-starter.
  • Ability to uncover customer pain-points and communicate complex concepts effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer requirements.
  • Experience in managing medical insurance domain customers, carrying and achieving high quota
  • Able to positively influence internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Lead Account planning and drive growth, minimizing client’s escalation.
  • Carry accounts target and accountable for achieving the sale.
  • Establish a deep knowledge of the customers’ business and organization, developing relationships with key customer stakeholders with the goal of increasing customer retention, ensuring renewals, and educate customers about Client’s solutions and offerings to ensure that their goals are achieved.
  • Progress monitoring from Client's perspective, measuring ROI (Return On Investment) + Value Addition
  • Negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals with customers
  • Tracking Billing Milestones and maintaining BAU (Business As Usual) /UEOB (Unexecuted Order Book)
  • Identify opportunities for reference accounts, and pass lead generation opportunities to sales account managers.
  • Generate Client references and support Marketing in creating artifacts
