About The Position

As the Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding, delivering an outstanding ongoing customer experience, and devising strategies to continually enhance value for our customers. Moreover, you will actively contribute to technical operational functions, including product delivery, organizational projects, and customer consulting engagement. This hands-on role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to follow through. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of healthcare data, a fervor for technology, a dedication to customer success, and thrives in an environment that champions innovation, passion, commitment, and being part of an outstanding team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role or the Healthcare industry.
  • High attention to detail, producing high-quality outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work from an office or home.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Excel and Tableau/BI applications skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead successful onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing exceptional customer support, product training, and technical assistance.
  • Identify and address points of dissatisfaction, proactively mitigating risks to account retention.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Intellimed data and applications.
  • Showcase an ability to work with exported data using third-party applications, including Microsoft Office, within a short timeframe.
  • Diligently document customer interactions in HubSpot to ensure a high level of service.
  • Communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, internally and with customers.
  • Support quarterly projects to enhance customer engagement and value.
  • Collaborate on product training documentation creation as needed.
  • Partner with clients and internal consultants on small-scale consulting projects.
  • Identify and pursue potential upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Travel nationally to meet customers, demonstrating a commitment to building strong relationships.
  • Support Directors/Managers in product implementation, deployment, and updates within Tableau.
  • Be available during designated hours, accommodating different time zones.
