Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager Internship supports Triumph’s Customer Success team in delivering a positive, high-quality experience for our clients. This role is designed for current college students, particularly rising seniors, who are interested in building a career in Customer Success, client engagement, or relationship management. The CSM will support onboarding, customer communication, and internal coordination while learning Triumph’s products, services, and customer success practices. With coaching and mentorship, this role provides hands-on experience and foundational exposure to managing customer relationships in a client-focused, team-based environment. We welcome rising seniors who are eager to gain real-world experience in Customer Success while completing their degree.
