About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to partner with distributors across the country, ensuring a seamless integration of Augment with their existing systems and workflows. The Customer Success Leader will act as a trusted strategic advisor to distributor customers, overseeing integrations, optimizing AI adoption, and ensuring our platform drives maximum efficiency in their operations. This role requires a strong background in distribution operations, supply chain technology, and process automation, along with experience leading large-scale customer integrations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading successful ERP or supply chain software integrations within distribution environments
  • Deep understanding of distribution operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and process automation
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to improve customer-facing technology
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and operations leadership
  • Distribution / Supply Chain Experience (10+ years preferred)
  • ERP & Supply Chain Technology Integration Experience (5+ years)
  • Enterprise Customer Success & Adoption Strategy
  • Candidates must be located in the Chicago area and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Experience scaling AI or automation in distribution or logistics

  • Background in both product and operations strategy

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with distributors to integrate Augment with their ERP systems, TMS platforms, and operational workflows
  • Guide distribution teams through the AI adoption process, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success
  • Analyze distributor workflows and processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for AI automation
  • Develop and execute integration playbooks to help distributors scale their use of Augment
  • Monitor customer success metrics, including platform adoption, efficiency gains, and overall satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to refine integration processes based on real-time customer feedback
  • Lead training sessions and onboarding programs for distributor teams to maximize platform effectiveness
  • Serve as the main point of contact for distributor leadership, ensuring alignment on business goals and technology needs
