This position is fully in-office, M-F in Northwest Austin, TX. Relocation reimbursement is offered for this role if moving from outside the greater Austin, TX area. This is a base + commission role. The Customer Success Engineers manage the day-to-day performance of customers while striving to maximize ROI and lifetime customer value (LTV). You will be the authority on data, optimization, and support. Learn and sharpen your SQL skills and diagnose integration issues using products like Postman. You will help onboard some of the nation’s top companies working in partnership with Account Executives, Account Managers and fellow CX engineers to present a cohesive, team-oriented approach to customers.
