We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer who loves connecting dots between customers, data, and product. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and engineering team, helping shape what we build next while driving adoption and growth within some of the most forward-thinking companies in logistics and supply chain. You’ll lead weekly syncs with customers, surface insights that guide product priorities, and identify ways our platform can automate more of their operations.
